WHAT IS PHYSICAL THERAPY?

Physical well-being therapy involves using non-conventional methods of activity, exercise, and techniques including mindful relaxation, mindful stretching, and mindful yoga, as well as promoting mindful eating.

HOW WILL IT HELP YOU?

Ranging from feeling how our muscles tense and relax to focusing on how an apple sounds when you bite into it, physical  therapy allows us to be present on the here and now, and teaches us how to be grateful.

"It was a good session, bringing our thoughts back to our bodies and being grateful for being just the way we are- we are perfect and unique!

We decided to lay down for the relaxation session, and it was very calming and relaxing."
