WHAT IS LIFE COACHING USING ART THERAPY?

The idea of Life coaching using art therapy is to help those who want to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles and communicate non-verbally through artistic expression. We believe that Life Coaching allows individuals to be whoever they want to be, by using positive and lasting changes and applying it to their daily life. The techniques included are changing limiting beliefs, self-portraits, mandala art, vision boards, collages, journaling, and positive affirmations. It's a great way to discover yourself in a creative way, and focus on overcoming any obstacles on your path to achieving your goals.
