  • We provide self management tips to 'coping with your own company'
  • Being on your own can be daunting and lead to social anxiety
  • Try and make new connections by going for a coffee or to a community group
  • Learn new things - even online which open up avenues to meeting people
  • Read a new book or go for a walk in nature
  • If you feel upset listen to uplifting music and if feel up to it dance on your own, it releases happy hormones
